Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through The Forgotten Paranormal.

1. Your Statutory Rights

As a UK consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. Change of Mind (Online Orders)

If you are shopping online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

 

3. How to Cancel or Return an Order

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return (optional for change of mind)

 

4. Return Postage

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will include:

  • The cost of the item(s)

  • Standard delivery costs (where required by law)

 

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • A full or partial refund

 

We will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
