Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through The Forgotten Paranormal.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Internationally*

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

 

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days

 

International Delivery (if applicable)

5. Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Adverse weather

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

 

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details
